Patch to update libxml2
We currently use libxml2 version 1.7.6 which was released on Oct. 6 2009.
Since then, many bugs have been fixed upstream and support for newer compilers
was added.

While 1.7.8 is not the latest, it is the last of the 1.7.x series and has been
tested and known to work well on FreeBSD where it is known to build with gcc
and clang.
