In order to use the language dictionaries, I need to go to...
Tools - Options - Language Settings = Languages
And select the check box...
Show UI elements for Bi-Directonal Writing should be checked
and also select language in CTL dropdown for e.g. Marathi
This may sound very easy but the new users do not know or are too novice to
complete the task. There should be an extension to enable CTL language.
