I would like my document's Table of Contents automatically updated on document
save. This should not be hard to implement since whatever code Update
Index/Table calls could be added to the save preparation logic.
If there are those who would object to this behavior, a user preference could
be added to control it.
When going through multiple revisions are rewrites of documents as I often do,
it is a pain to have to keep remembering to manually update the TOC before
saving.
