Certain users had reported crashes like the one. We had recently created a tracking issue for these kind of issues - bug 121625. Just to be sure - You are working on Windows 7 with AOO 3.4.1. Right? Somehow we have problems with the user profile migrated from former OOo versions. Did you had before a former OOo version installed on your system? If yes, which version? Could you please list the extension which you had installed in your AOO resp. your former OOo version. Could you please attach your complete user profile in a ZIP archive to this issue. If you want to keep your user profile confidential you can send it via eMail directly to me - I will keep it safe and secure. To solve your problem please have a look at the Known Issues section of the release notes - http://www.openoffice.org/development/releases/3.4.1.html But, please keep your former user profile before applying the given workaround.
