Hi Peter,
The Open Source Initiative (opensource.org) does not develop any
software. You have to report your bug to the OpenOffice project;
their web site is http://www.openoffice.org/
Another suggestion is to try LibreOffice. LibreOffice is based on
OpenOffice but has had more development in the last few months.
