When storing a document with a null parameter list for the IArguments parameter
it overwrites an existing document. The definition in
http://www.openoffice.org/api/docs/common/ref/com/sun/star/document/MediaDescriptor.html
says that the default value is FALSE, implying that this should give an error.
If the property is explicitly set to FALSE the program behaves as expected.
I don't know if this is a code or documentation error.
