In the column "Value" enter a Date in YYYY/MM/DD format, like 2013/01/25 8. Press "OK" to close the Properties dialog 9. Back to the document, insert a field: select menu Insert - Fields - Other... 10. On the "Fields" dialog, select the tab "DocInformation" 11.
