I was able to replicate this bug using OpenOffice 3.4.1 [AOO341m1 (Build:9593) – Rev. 1372282] on a Windows 7 Enterprise (Service Pack 1, 32-bit) Dell Optiplex 990 with 2 monitors. This issue also occurs in Math and Calc (by pressing Ctrl + Shift + J). Users can get back to a normal window size by pressing Esc or clicking on the Full Screen button in the application.
