I have a document with the "page number" field in the header.
These are the steps I took:
- Open document
- Use mouse to select a section within the document
- Go to either "print" or "export" under the file menu
- On dialog for either, choose "selection" rather than "all"
The result is that the printed/exported section of the document has the same --
incorrect -- page number on every single page that is output. The last page
number from the document appears on each page output.
So if there are 35 pages in the document, and I select pages 1 to mid-14 to
print, then 14 pages are printed with the page number as "35".
