Been using a couple of months with no issue. Earlier this week started
receiving a message that I needed elevation to open the attachments that came
with email. The files open fine that are on my hard drive.
I know someone reported this - but he has Windows 7 so the fix might be
different for 8. He could also use an earlier version until you fix this-I
don't think I can because of 8. Can I? If so how to I get to an earlier
version?
I deleted and reinstalled--no fix--I had very few files and didn't care if they
came back -- but they did. I expected a clean slate.
Please advise. Microsoft offered solutions-but my permissions look okay- I
think it might be in the program since it just started and I don't want to
start exploring before I know it isn't. The forums report quite a few cases of
this.
