I try to import an xml file, previously other similar files ave imported
without problem.
I receive an error message: "JRE required | OpenOffice.org requires a Java
runtime environment (JRE) to perform this task. Please install a JRE and
restart OpenOffice.org."
On OK, there is a second message: "OpenOffice.org 3.2 | General Error. |
General input/output error."
I have uninstalled and re-installed Java, but this has made no difference.
Please can you advise?
[I am not very computer savvie - my OS is Windows 7. I see that I am using an
older version of OOo, I don't know whether this is relevant.]
