There are probably plans to address this already, but I thought it worth filing
nevertheless. Currently, the user needs to start OpenOffice as administrator
the first time in order for IA2 to work. I believe this is because UAccCOM.dll
needs to be registered. Aside from being counter-intuitive, a user might not be
able to do this if OpenOffice was installed by administrator and the user is
not themselves an administrator. This should instead be registered by the
installer.
