The big problem I have with this "FEATURE" is that EVEN when you re-specify the
cell formatting as having a relative reference (removing the initial $), when
you SAVE the spreadsheet, Open Office says "forget that" and CHANGES it to be
an absolute reference.  This is clearly unacceptable.

Should we not be able to KEEP our relative references??  If this is intended
functionality, then Open Office is clearly lagging behind other spreadsheet
programs that DO ALLOW a user to have EITHER relative or absolute references.

So... I love what you guys have done with the software.  It's great overall,
but this part of the program is LAME.  If it's intended, than that's REALLY
lame for us users.  Otherwise, please recognize this as a bug.
