When doing extensive "Find" procedures for an Index, I often could not proceed
because the "Find" window was covering the Query window ("Do you want to
continue at the beginning?")
My solution was to use F9 key to display all open windows at once, then grab
the Query window and pull it out from behind the "Find" window.
