following method of break iterator from ICU ignores it in
BreakIterator_Unicode::endOfSentence,
i18npool/source/breakiterator/breakiterator_unicode.cxx.
So, this problem happens in the all functions that uses css.i18n.BreakIterator
service
(maybe CJK do not have it, but I have not checked).
