ALG: When e.g. selecting a shape and moving it with the cursor keys, for each
move an action is created on the undo stack. It would be better to 'merge'
these to a single undo action to avoid loosing valuable user data in the undo
stack.
There are more examples for this, e.g some sidebar popups which allow changes
do something similar (see https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=121788)
