This problem is a design defect: the code performs as intended, but the
intention is deficient. Hence, it falls into a gray area between Defect and
Enhancement. In 50 years of sorting these out, I have come to depend on two
criteria:
(1) Does the fix involve changing specs or user documentation? If so, it's an
enhancement; otherwise, as with this fix, it's still iffy.
(2) Does the problem seriously degrade the feature? For me, this does: sitting
back several feet, the 150% size is very comfortable, but the underline tends
to disappear, making the feature useless. Hence, defect.

Rather than changing it back myself, I ask you to consider doing that. I intend
to take both the technical and the procedural issue to the dev list; I think a
wider audience will be helpful.
