Highlighted is the character spacing drop down menu which is empty in Text
Properties
Overview:
Character spacing drop down menu is empty (have a look at the attached
screenshot).
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Lotus Apache OpenOffice spreadsheet
2. Input string in one cell
3. Folded "Text Properties" Panel
4. UnFolded "Text Properties" Panel
Actual Results:
Character spacing icon is visible with empty drop down menu in Text
Properties.
Expected Results:
Character Spacing icon should be shown with drop down list.
