ALG: When inserting a svg as graphic in SW and creating a SW-GraphicOject
(different from DrawingLayer GraphicObject) the GraphicProperties Toolbar which
allows changing e.g. RGB has no effect.
To reproduce:
- open SW
- insert e.g. A14 from Arrows from Gallery
- Change e.g. Rfrom 0 to 100% in sidebar panel or Picture/Color toolbar
-> graphic does not change
