File to produce the repainting problem
I use AOO350m1(Build:9611) - Rev. 1424563
Rev.1425220
Open attached document and change the value B1 for example to 2.
Scroll up and down by dragging the scrollbar.
Notice, that there are lines remaining from the tooltip object at the scrollbar
and that the chart is not correctly repainted.
It has been OK in AOO 3.4.1.
