Tools - Options... - OpenOffice - Memory - Undo - Number of steps -> change
value to a small number like 4 and OK.
Start Writer and input enough data to exceed 4 undo steps.
Start Undoing - after 4 times undo is still possible although only 4 steps were
defined.
