Testing done with r1466899 on Windows 7.
1) Load Writer.
2) In the Text Properties panel of the sidebar, click into a control, like the
font size edit control. Then hit the F1 key.
3) Help file is loaded and displays the root help page. It should be showing a
specific help topic related to the active window, e.g., on setting font size.
Some panel items, like Gallery and Styles & Properties bring up specific help
topics. But the new panels in 4.0 do no.
Workaround: User would need to search for a specific help topic in the help
file.
