since I started using latest version of Firefox, (20.0.1), I have been havilng
problems with bookmarks. I use writer to create large documents, containing
excerpts of pages from different web pages, as unformatted text. Each excerpt
is given a bookmark. I have to import pictures separately. With the new
version, for each picture I import, abookmark is created with name of style
'posterimagexxx'. KI do not want these extra bookmarks. They are useless,
they take up space, and they make it harder to scroll thru the list of
bookmarks to find a specific one. In fact, if there are hundreds of extra
bookmarks, they scroll one at a time, and can take several minutes to do so.
While I'm at it, I can't see why you can't present the listing of bookmarks in
alphabetical order, since such a listing is already available in the add
bookmarks window.
