By default, opening a presentation with 'File - New - Presentation'
will activate the Wizard. This function can be deactivated via
'Tools - Options - OpenOffice Impress - General'
---> deselect the "Start with wizard" check box.
However the extended tip for the 'File - New - Presentation'
_always_ reads:
Creates a new presentation document (OpenOffice Impress).
The Presentation Wizard dialog appears.
Expected result:
the tip takes account of the "Start with wizard" state.
