And now I encounter the same error, with Writer: I am attempting to Compare two .odt files that are both password-protected (both with the same password; perhaps that is an issue?) ... and receive the same old error--system does not recognize the password. Note of course that I have reconfirmed the validity of the password by opening each file separately within Writer, no problem. modal dialog box text: OpenOffice 4.1.13 Error loading document file///C:/Users/bjcco ...
