Steps to reproduce:
1. start any application e.g. Draw
2. insert a custom shape
3. click on the "Extrusion On/Off" button
4. on the "3D-Settings" toolbar open
the "Extrusion Depth" window and choose "Custom"
(the "Extrusion Depth" dialog appears)
Every time you repeat step 4.
a new instance of the dialog is displayed.
