clicking the download link from a 4.1.14 installation appearantly links to the
13th version :

https://www.openoffice.org/nl/downloaden.html?utm_source=AOO4_1_13_nl&utm_medium=Client&utm_campaign=Upgrade

that page show comments about downloadoading the 4_1_6 version which (luckily)
links to the current 4_1_15 version.



some editing needs to be done.
