Peter <[email protected]> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- CC| |[email protected] --- Comment #24 from Peter <[email protected]> --- you are hopefully aware that AOO can not use LibreOffice fixes. (mainly to me) It is unclear which License LO uses. We assume Mozzilla license inlayed into Apache License. I personally was told by LibreOffice commiters that some use only Mozilla License. Others told me it is the License that is named first. And I think most of it chould be Apache License2. There is a License commiter contract if you Volunteer for LO that claims to use the Mozilla Licenese. For me this is very unclear which line of code (not file!!) uses what license. We have requested multiple times through multiple channels to stop use 2 license header and only use one license, preferably our Apache 2 License. We could live with a dual license strategy mozilla + AL2. in all cases clear license goverment is in my humble opinion required. I am not a layer. Maybe what has been don is sufficient. For me it is to fishy. We have to maintain Clean room implementation, so we can not review LO solution, and if we must rewrite our code. Thanks for the fish. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the issue. You are the assignee for the issue.
