/ German locale [AOO400m1(Build:9700) - Rev.1476029]" on WIN7 Home Premium

0. Launch AOO
1. Menu 'Tools -> Options -> OO -> View -> UI - Scaling = 130%' <OK>
2. From AOO Start Center open new Calc document
2. In Standard Toolbar click 'Navigator' icon
> Navigator contents appears
Bug: Top pf Navigator pane contents covers bottom end of Navigator Heading
Additional info:
Problem
a) same problem with undocked navigator
b) is related to menu 'Tools -> Options -> OO -> View - UI -Scaling'
With scaling 80% the problem will disappear
