Currently for (most?) Status Bar contents Tooltips only are shown if Menu
'Tools -> Options -> AOO -> General -> Extended Tooltips' is active.
Example Calc: The asterisk in Status Bar for "Document has been modified" is
not self explaining, a tooltip is required.
