I split the string in several parts. 1. "Copyright © 2013 Apache Software Foundation. All rights reserved." not translated and the year is set based on the define or if no define to 2013 to ensure a date 2. depending OOOVENDOR 2.1 if OOVENDOR is not Apache Software Foundation "This product was created by %OOOVENDOR, based on Apache OpenOffice." 2.2.
