--- Comment #4 from [email protected] --- I have reset the user profile as requested, but it made no difference. Other info: the printer is a Canon MP220 series and it is the default printer. When I right-click on the printer icon on the menubar, this message is displayed: 'Print File Directly(Canon MP220 series Printer)'. When I try to print by clicking on the print icon, a message box is displayed saying 'No Default Printer selected' and inviting me to choose another printer. Selecting Printer Setup from the File pulldown menu results in a dialog box that apparently is intended to allow you to select a printer, but the cursor cannot be moved to the Name field, and the down arrow at the right end of the Name field is grayed out, as is the Properties button. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
