For SGA'ed code the standard procedure is to remove the original 3rd party
copyright headers and put an aggregated notice in the NOTICE file. For
example, this was done for Oracle's copyright:
Portions of this software copyright (c) 2000-2011, Oracle and/or its affiliates
<http://www.oracle.com/>.
We need to do something similar for the IBM copyright. This was triggered by
the merge of the Symphony code into AOO 4.0.
