Steps to Reproduce:
1) New a document.
2) Click on the Text icon "T" on the Drawing toolbar to insert text box.
3) Click on flip vertically or horizontally button in position and size
section in sidebar.
Actual Results: Flip Vertically and flip horizontally buttons are greyed out.
Expected Results: Flip buttons should not be greyed out and Should able to flip
the text box vertically and horizontally.
