Overview: while Executing AOOTest-1502(writer) Rotation section is not
available after picture was inserted via Drawing toolbar.
Steps to Reproduce:
1) New a Document .
2) Insert picture by drawing toolbar.
Actual Results: In position and size section of sidebar rotation section is not
available.
Expected Result: Rotation section should be available.
