I am in the process of writing a book that says it is now about 400 pages long.
It is being fully indexed as I proceed through the book. I will update the
index and table of contents and then go to print preview or export the document
as a pdf and the first thing that OpenOffice does is repaginate the document.
When the document is repaginated for Print Preview or as a PDF the slight
changes make some of the index entries incorrect.
