Johanna <[email protected]> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- CC| |[email protected] | |m --- Comment #2 from Johanna <[email protected]> --- Johanna Forsberg 2013-06-15 Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit 6,00GB RAM Intel(R) Core(TM) i5 CPU 750 @ 2.67 GHz Open Office 3.4.1 AOO341m1 (Build:9596) - Rev. 1435053 + Open Office 4.0.0 Beta Version AOO400m1 (Build:9700) - Rev. 1444151 Microsoft PowerPoint 2007 Steps to reproduce (For both 3.4.1 and 4.0.0): 1. Opened Impress 2. Created a new presentation (using defaults) 3. Add a title to the presentation 4. Select "insert" from the menu then "Movie and Sound" 5. Select a .mp3 and 'open' 6. Select File and 'save as' 7. Save as 'music1.ppt' ** ODF popup warning shown, select "keep current Format" 8. Close aOO 9. Open the 'tester2.ppt' with MS PowerPoint viewer Result: No music is playing. Expected result: Music playing. This bug is still able to reproduce with the steps I used above. Scottys' comment with his steps are also still up to date! A work around for people that only has MS PowerPoint is to download Open Office. The file is able to be played, with music from Open Office. If you're not able to download Open Office, I haven't found a work around yet. As noticed I also tested this in the 4.0.0 Beta Version and the bug is able to reproduce there. I'll attach a music file made from Open Office 4.0.0 and saved as Music.ppt -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
