--- Comment #9 from roryof <[email protected]> --- On another computer with Ubuntu 12.04 and AOO 3.4.1 I was able to get the Link to External Data to work. I needed to insert the http:// in the URL to get it recognised. I then removed OpenOffice 3.4,1 entirely, using Synaptic, and installed AOO 4.0 (9701 1491860).
