I installed, uninstalled and re-installed the JRE several times. Each time,
when I try to search the help I get a message that the JRE is defective. Yet,
when I install JRE and run a test there is no problem. This is very
frustrating and with the problems I am having with Open Office I would only
recommend it to someone who can't afford to buy Microsoft Office.
