Since today always shows the Summary Line in AOO Buggzilla in the "Edit mode",
if I am logged in, and only shows the bug number without summary if I am not
logged in.
This does not happen with IE and FF, so it seems related to Seamonkey.
But:
This does not happen with Seamonkey on FDO-bugzilla

Even SamAssassin (<https://issues.apache.org/SpamAssassin/show_bug.cgi?id=123>)
works fine for me, so the problem also seems related to AOO Bugzilla.
