OSBA OOXML improvement patches part 1
The OSBA sponsored an OOXML improvement project and paid tow contractors for
the implementation of this improvements. The project scope was form the
beginning to make the improvements available in OpenOffice and LibreOffice.
The OSBA made the patches available under the ALv2.
This issue contains the first part of patch files for the project defined
use-cases 1-4. Use-case 5 will be provided later.
This issue should be take as meta issue and later on sub-tasks can be created
to work on merging single patches.
