Both "Extension Update" and "Extension Manager" pages can not be opened on the
help viewer.
filename value should be started with /text.
How to reproduce:
- Choose Writer context on the help viewer.
- Switch to Find tab and input "Extension" and push Find button.
- Choose "Extension Manager" or "Extension Update".
-> Empty page.
