Steps:
1. Open a Text Database (CSV type)
1. Create a table and add some fields
2. Select the table in Tables pane, and click "Edit" from context menu (Table
Design window displays)
3. Select an existing filed and try to edit it (update / delete)
Actual result: it cannot update, but can delete a field
Expected result: can update and can delete
Note: I am not quite confident if it is a bug, document this problem as a bug
here for open discussion, it there any existing function spec to defined the
expected behavior?
