Steps:
1. Open a Text Database (CSV type)
2. Select a table in Tables pane, and click "Edit" from context menu (Table
Design window displays)
3. Select an existing filed and delete it
4. Check the Undo toolbar button
Actual result: it is disabled
Expected result: it is enabled
Note: in Embedded database, it has no problem; in DB2, unable to delete field
(see defect 122596)
