Small New document .odt which crashes with del or suppr

regression AOO 4.0.0 Build 9702 rev 149 9347 (2013-07-3)
no problem with A.0.0 Build 9701 rev 149 6831 (3013-06-25)
Tested on US and FR versions.
MacosX 10.8.4 and 10.6.8
Win 7 and Win 8 Pro 64 bits
New text Document,
Write 5 paragraphs with one ore more word
Select the first 4 paragraphs
Supp or delete > AOO 400 crashes.
The deletion paragraph by paragraph works correctly.
