Mark all three words and apply the second kind of bullets from the drop-down-list in the property panel in the sidebar. Leave the shape. Click on shape and switch to edit mode by key F2. Mark all text and delete it, including the bullets, by using the backspace key. Leave the shape. Click on shape and switch to edit mode by key F2. Type the text Four Leave the shape.
