Steps:
1. Insert a drawing object, or a picture
2. Modify object position via sidebar, for example, set vertical value as
-0.20cm
3. Open Position and Size dialog, and check Position Y's value
Actual result: it's 0.00cm
Expected result: it's same as the value in sidebar, -0.20cm
