I have a very large document (> 1500 pages) which has many, many headings.
Because the document is large, I wish to create cross references. When I am
shown the dialog (called Fields) for selecting cross references there is a list
view called "Selection" that shows the headings in my document. Unfortunately,
this list view is only 8 lines high. This means that I have real trouble
finding my desired heading from amongst the hundreds available to me. This
request is to allow the "Fields" dialog (which contains the Selection) to be
user resizable. If I could make that dialog tall (say screen height) and the
Selection list view sized its height to the size of the dialog, then I would
have a much easier time finding the heading I want.
