When Enter is pressed in the top line of bulleted text in OpenOffice a new
bullet line is inserted before the current line.
Symphony instead insert an empty line before the current bullet line. This
different behaviour of Symphony has its merits and should be discussed here as
an ehancement idea for AOO. The testlink test case named "AOOTest-466" already
checks for the new behavior.
