HI.
When I build AOO 4.0 on ubuntu 64 I get this line from configure:
ignoring apache-rat-incubating-0.8-bin.tar.bz2 because its prerequisites are
not fulfilled
Incubating does not sound correct ?
and why is the rat scan ignored, does that require a special key.
